1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player," "you," "your") and pkr200 ("pkr200," "we," "us," "our") governing your access to and use of the pkr200 online casino and sportsbook platform available at pkr200.app and all associated subdomains, mobile interfaces, and services.

By registering an account on pkr200, depositing funds, or placing any wager — whether on casino games, live dealer tables, slots, cricket betting, or any other product offered through the pkr200 platform — you unconditionally accept these Terms in full. 2 Eligibility

2.3 Disqualifying Circumstances

• Employees, contractors, or agents of pkr200 or any of its affiliated companies, software providers, or payment processors.
• Immediate family members of pkr200 employees residing in the same household.
• Persons who have been self-excluded from pkr200 or any affiliated platform during the period of their self-exclusion.
• Persons acting on behalf of third parties or operating accounts for commercial gain on behalf of another person.

3 Account Registration

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each player is permitted to hold one and only one active pkr200 account. Opening duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or payment methods — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. pkr200 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and confiscate any balances therein, including winnings derived from bonus funds.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information at the time of registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and phone number. Providing false, misleading, or unverifiable information is grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe requested by pkr200 may result in withdrawal suspension and eventual account closure.

3.4 Account Closure

You may request closure of your pkr200 account at any time by contacting support. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (subject to KYC completion) will be returned to you via your registered payment method. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your pkr200 account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. pkr200 will never request your password through any channel, including live chat, email, or telephone.

Any action taken through your account while your credentials are entered — regardless of whether you authorised the action — is considered to have been performed by you. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify pkr200 support immediately and change your password without delay.

• Do not share your login credentials with any other person.
• Do not access pkr200 from shared or public devices without logging out completely afterwards.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where available for additional account protection.
• Use a strong, unique password that is not reused across other platforms.

pkr200 shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access where the breach resulted from your failure to maintain adequate account security.

5 Deposits & Payments

You may only deposit funds from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where funds originate from an account held by another person — are strictly prohibited and will result in deposit reversal and potential account suspension. 6 Withdrawals

6.1 Withdrawal Eligibility

Withdrawals from your pkr200 account are subject to the following conditions being met in full:

• KYC verification has been completed to pkr200's satisfaction.

• No active bonus wagering requirement remains outstanding on the balance you are withdrawing.
• Your account is in good standing with no active fraud investigation or AML review.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

7.3 Bonus Abuse

The following activities constitute bonus abuse and are strictly prohibited on pkr200:

• Opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once.
• Collusion with other players to manipulate bonus wagering requirements.

8 Gameplay Rules

In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail in all matters relating to accounts, payments, and eligibility.

pkr200 uses certified random number generation (RNG) technology for all applicable games. Game outcomes are determined independently of any pkr200 operational activity. If a technical fault, disconnection, or error occurs during a game round, the round will be resolved in accordance with the game provider's malfunction policy, which generally results in the round being voided and the stake returned.

9 Sports Betting

9.1 Accepted Bets

pkr200 accepts sports bets on cricket (including PSL, ICC events, bilateral series, and domestic T20 leagues), football, UFC, tennis, kabaddi, and other sporting events as listed in the sportsbook at any given time. All bets are subject to the odds and markets displayed at the time the bet is confirmed and accepted by the pkr200 system.

9.2 Settlement

Sports bets are settled in accordance with the official result declared by the relevant governing body. In the case of cricket, the official scorecard published by the event organiser shall govern settlement. pkr200 reserves the right to delay settlement pending official confirmation of results where the outcome is disputed or under review.

9.3 Obvious Errors

pkr200 reserves the right to void bets placed at odds that were clearly erroneous — including pricing errors caused by technical faults, data feed malfunctions, or human input errors — regardless of whether the bet has been confirmed. pkr200 will notify affected players and return their stakes in such cases.

9.4 Integrity

Betting based on inside information, match-fixing, or any form of corrupt activity is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and referral to relevant authorities. pkr200 cooperates fully with sporting integrity organisations and law enforcement agencies in all integrity-related investigations.

10 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is expressly prohibited on the pkr200 platform and will result in account suspension, fund forfeiture, and where appropriate, legal action:

• Providing false identity or age information during registration or KYC verification.
• Depositing funds sourced from criminal activity, fraud, or money laundering.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with the pkr200 platform.
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or exploit vulnerabilities in the pkr200 platform.
• Colluding with other players in live dealer games or sportsbook markets.
• Making chargebacks or disputed payment claims without first contacting pkr200 support.

11 Responsible Gaming

11.1 Available Tools

• Wagering Limits: Restrict the total amount you can wager within a defined period.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum session duration after which you will be automatically logged out.

12 Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the pkr200 platform for personal recreational purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any pkr200 content without prior written consent from pkr200.

13 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pkr200 shall not be liable for:

• Loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity resulting from platform downtime, technical errors, or service interruptions.
• Losses resulting from your failure to comply with these Terms, including account security obligations.

pkr200's total aggregate liability to any individual player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the net deposits made by that player to their pkr200 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

14 Privacy & Data

pkr200 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account on pkr200, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

pkr200 does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data is shared only where necessary with payment processors, KYC verification providers, and regulatory authorities — all as described in the Privacy Policy.

15 Amendments to These Terms

pkr200 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, pkr200 will provide reasonable notice by publishing the updated Terms on the pkr200.app website with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

If you do not accept revised Terms, you must cease using the pkr200 platform and contact support to arrange closure of your account and return of any eligible balance.

16 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction under which pkr200 operates. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through pkr200's internal complaints process shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules.
